This is a great all round phone! If you need a phone that has all the functions you'd want on a phone you want the nokia 6230. What I mean by that is that no it is not at the cutting edge of technology and doesn't boast the latest mobile technology e.g. touch screen technology and doesn't have a state of the art music library that many of us might expect because flashing the latest technology seems to be a pass time a lot of people have taken up. But as phones go it is a very good phone it is compact and very easy to navigate and use. It has a media player, radio and 1.3 mega pixel camera. The media player displays the tracks artist and name but isn't a great library for your music as you will find yourself trawling through songs in no apparent order to find a track. The radio on the phone can store up to 20 stations which I have found sufficient though on the downside like many older phones you need the headphones to listen to the radio.

I wouldn't recommend filling up the phone with numerous tracks or photos because this depletes the speed of the folders and media player. It is good for a few tracks and photos though. Unlike many phones nowadays the Nokia 6230 has an interchangeable face so for those of us who have a habit of messing up our phone covers this is a helpful feature.
