Nokia 6300: Small and attractive but tough. (250 words)

Rating:

I have had the Nokia 6300 for 6 months now, and it has been excellent so far. I like the large screen, as it means I can see what I've dialled properly without having to dig out my reading glasses. The camera on it is 2 mp which provides very good quality pictures for a mobile phone (but not as good as a decent digital camera as usual.) ...  Read the complete review

I have owned my Nokia 6300 for around 6 months now and got it in a deal with a free wii so wasnt expecting anything special. However the phone has everything you could want on a phone. It has all your usual features such as messaging, contacts, call log, settings, gallery, media, internet, organiser and applications. It is a sleek ...  Read the complete review

I have only had this phone about 3 months and I absolutely love it as it does everything I require a phone to do. It would suit anyone as it has a very sophisticated, modern design with stainless steel covers. This phone seems to be unbreakable my little boy has thrown it across the room on numerous occasions and it has not broken yet, ...  Read the complete review

This is a very sleek and stylish phone. It's slim and light, and very discrete. It's very easy to use, the buttons are large enough for most people to press easily, and are very clear. It also has a large and easy to see screen. The camera on this phone is fine, but not great, I wouldn't recommend it to someone who wanted to ...  Read the complete review

Nokia 6300: Rep Phone!!! (159 words)
by - written on 06/10/08 (Useful, 30 readings)

Have been using this phone for the past 4 months for work purposes. I think that it does everything that you need for that purpose only, durable metal case that doesn't crack when you throw your laptop in the car @ the end of the day. Has a decent enough camera on the phone, but I wouldn't say that was the best feature of the phone, ...  Read the complete review

Nokia 6300 - Rubbish (156 words)

My partner has this phone and he really doenst like it. The camera ia very poor quality, after only a few months there was lines appearing once taking a picture. It says its a 2mpix camera with 8x digital zoom, to me the camera is poorer that that. The battery life is also very poor, you will have to charge this phone every day if ...  Read the complete review

They say you don't quite know the real deal until you get your hands on it. This is one of those tings. Nokia 6300 does not look that impressive in pictures. Oh no, it looks plain, sturdy and just 'classic'. However, wait till you turn this baby on and realise that this is something else. THe most noticeable thing about this phone is the ...  Read the complete review

Express Review on Nokia 6300
by - written on 16/09/08
Rating:

this phone looks really as if it were coming from the future , its metallic casing , its neat buttons allignment , the screen , the thickness , really looks very nice , yet its operating system truly sucks , its available software , the very lack of the video-call feature , the poor java capabilities , and certainly the stupid system interface .yet i myself find it less worthy than its present price i'd rather buy a handy 6630 rather than to get that good looking phone .

Nokia 6300: An easy to use phone with a sleek cover (169 words)
by - written on 02/09/08 (Useful, 54 readings)
Rating:

I have had this phone since the beginning of last year and it is an easy to use all round good phone. The picture quality is average as it is only 2 megapix, however it does have night mode and zoom options. The downsides to this handset I found that the battery life is not all that great as it last on average about a day without going ...  Read the complete review

I've recently started using this Nokia 6300 handset, given to my by my friend after I suffered no end of problems with my new Nokia N95 handset - I'm now beginning to wish I'd never bothered with the N95 in the first place! The 6300 has all of the usual features you would expect from a middle-of-the-road mobile telephone these ...  Read the complete review

Nokia 6300: NOKIA 6300 --- IS IT THE BEST NOKIA PRODUCT? (202 words)
by - written on 30/08/08 (Useful, 45 readings)
Rating:

The nokia 6300 is a sleek looking phone with a very nice blue light that flashes on the side when you have missed a call or have received a text message. I thought i should mention it as i think its quite cool. Anyway, the buttons are very easy to use so texting is not a problem. The phone is small and compact so most business people ...  Read the complete review

Whilst this phone may not have all the bells and whistles of some of the more expensive mobiles out there, it provides the user with all the features required. The phone looks very stylish and sleek. I have one in black and it really looks business like, especially in meetings and functions. I would personally recommend the ...  Read the complete review

Nokia 6300: Not a bad phone, but not brilliant (697 words)
by - written on 23/08/08 (Very useful, 63 readings)
Rating:

This isn't a bad little phone. I got it free when I renewed my contract and was quite excited as I had an 02 phone which quite frankly was rubbish. To start off with, I loved the fact that you could get more memory by simply inserting a memory card, which I bought right away as I enjoyed using the video camera function. I ...  Read the complete review

I would completely disagree with some of the reviews written on here. They are right in saying that the silver face plate easily gets scratched, but I have owned many a phone and it is not hard to use at all, I would say that it is one of the most easy phone to use around, but still with the special features of complicated ...  Read the complete review

Nokia 6300 (355 words)

I never ask too much from a phone. Im not too bothered if it has a digital SLR slapped on the back with 70,000 mega pixels. I've never used a phone for a primary music player either afterall, why buy an ipod if you just use your phone. The main feature in a phone for me is the ease of use and this phone ticks this box with the biggest ...  Read the complete review

Simplicity! (311 words)
by - written on 06/08/08 (Very useful, 24 readings)
Rating:

The best thing about this phone is that it is a simple to use, no nonsence mobile which does the basic things well - and on top of that can be used for more advanced tasks and features. Simplicity is the word I would associate with this phone. It has a nice simple menu - a familiar Nokia menu. Everything is quite straight ...  Read the complete review

Nokia 6300: Nice good all-round phone (183 words)

I purchased this phone as a mid priced one to replace my Sony Ericcson W880i and I'm glad I did. The display is crystal clear and I believe all the features make the phone exceptionally good value. The text function is easy to use, and unlike my aforementioned phone, the speakers actually work! I find the battery life of this phone quite ...  Read the complete review

The rival iPod (149 words)

This phone reminds me a lot of an iPod because of its shape and weight. It has a great bluetooth connection as well as an MP3 & 3GPP ready music player. It is possible to upgrade the memory size of its memory card (this particular phone has a 128mB Micro SD memory card but it is possible to buy Micro SD cards with 1 or 2gB). The Nokia 6300 had perhaps the best build quality among mobile phones available in it's day. It benefits from ample features (such as the 2 megapixel camera and the mp3 / video player), unbeatable design and finish, and an easy-to-use user interface. The ergonomics are truly fantastic and the phone feels solid (in fact, I find ...  Read the complete review

My Nokia 6300 is the first mobile I have had that I still love after a year. I can get a new phone on my contract soon and apart from the iphone, nothing else is tempting me away from my trusty 6300. Looks This phone looks good. Now I am no fashionista so style isn't top of my list when buying a phone. ...  Read the complete review
