Orange sent me this phone 6 months ago in order to replace my previous Samsung phone which had driven me crazy with it's over sensitive key functions. This phone is an absolute dream in comparison!

The menus are easy to navigate and it helps that you can chose to have the list menu or the icon map-style menu, meaning there's bound to be one you get on with! The screen is just the right size, and the keys aren't too big, nor too small.

I have had a few minor problems, such as the phone randomly switching itself off, and the menu/scroll keys on the front of the phone failing to work despite supposedly being 'unlocked', however these malfunctions occur rarely, and are far less irritating than the problems I have had with previous phones.

The sound quality is great, and there's loads of storage for those who like to take photos or use their phone as an mp3 player too.
