Butonns get stuck (Nokia 6500 slide)

I originally chose this phone because it was quite small but with a large enough screen. I didn't want a touch screen phone so this was perfect.

While I initially liked this phone when it arrived I have had a number of issues with it. The main one being that the keys often stick, meaning I can't answer a call, read or send a message. I'm then unable to turn the phone off because the red button get's stuck! This has become very frustrating and trouble some. I contacted my provider who advised I needed to download some updated software, but as yet I have not been able to do this.

I don't really use much of the functionality, other than to send text messages, however, I have taken a few photographs with it which haved turned out quite well.

Overall an average phone that has had it's problems. I probably woudn't recommend it if I were being completely honest.
