I got this phone over 12 months ago now as an upgrade to my previous phone, a Nokia 6233. Having suffered some problem with the software in the early days of having it, I am now very happy with it overall. Not only does it have an exceptional camera but the slide design means that you get a compact (but not fragile) phone, small enough to comfortably fit into your pocket. Being a Nokia this phone is simple enough for all users (aged 7 to 70) and it comes with all the media functions you would expect. It offers video calling, and MP3 player, an FM radio, expandable memory and Bluetooth. However, my only gripe is that the battery seem to drain very quickly. I have spoken to my service provider about this and they have advised on steps I can take to remedy this but so far I haven't noticed any improvement.

Summary: Overall excellent, but beware a few rough edges
