This is probably the worst phone I ever had! I got this phone on contract with 3 mobile and when it arrived I was pleased as it looked smart and I liked the keypad on it. As soon as I turned this phone on there were problems but I just assumed they were teething problems as they weren't anything major...for example when I turned my phone off, it would delete my background picture and I had to reset it.

However, after 3 weeks, my phone had started to freeze and would not receive any texts at all. It would just reset itself and do its own thing. I sent it back to 3, who were no help whatsoever by the way. They 'fixed' the phone and sent it back to me saying the software had gone on the phone. However, the problem with the background photo restting itself was still there and gradually there were more problem again.

As it stands, my phone is just to say useable and 3 wont do anything more for me. Every now and then the keys 1, 4 and 7 dont work... it resets itself about 20 times a day normally during a phone call and it also takes 20 minutes for my texts to load up after it has reset itself. I can't wait to get a new contract phone because I can't wait to jump all over this piece of rubbish that nokia call a phone. AVOID!
