I had this phone free with my mobile phone contract 12 months ago and it is by far the worst phone I have ever owned (and believe me I've had a lot).

The problems started soon after I got it and have got worse over the last three months. The screen freezes while I am using it and it switches itself off mid phone call. After it has switched off the only way I can turn it back on is to take out the battery and then it takes about ten minutes to work again.

I have given up putting screen savers on it as everytime I do they disappear after a day. The keys on the keypad are not very sensitive. In addition, when I want to answer a call on the phone it doesn't always unlock the keypad when I slide it screen up.

The only positive thing I could say about this phone is that the camera is pretty good and easy to use.
