I got this phone three months ago. Overall its an excellent phone in many ways, but the designers have forgotten some of the basics. Positives: small, sturdy, easy to understand menu, the display on the front of the phone lights up when you tap it, and the button on the left side flips it open gracefully. It also has a good battery life, I can go a few days if necessary before it dies. Negatives: There is no volume button on the outside of the phone! Which is incredibly annoying. Also, I've had trouble figuring out how to change the volume, I've got it now so it rings if Im called but buzzes if Im texted, and I've given up trying to sort it out. And whoever designed the features forgot that some of us have a need for multiple alarms- there is only one alarm available, and you can't name it.

I would cautiously recommend this phone.

Summary: Ok purchase, but wouldn't highly recommend
