nokia 6680 - great technology - user friendly? (Nokia 6680)

Advantages: bluetooth, symbian OS, data package, dual cameras, good sound

Disadvantages: small keys, you have to close all programs after use

ive had my nokia 6680 for a month or 2 now, i have never been a big fan of nokia i dont even know why i chose this one.

Its slightly larger than most phones around at the moment and its not a flip or slide phone which i suppose makes it look bigger.
now whats on the phone -
well no games for starters,
but it does have some nice features it runs of symbian which is like its own windows software, and comes with movie editors which creates some nice clips from your own personal pictures or video clips plus adding some nice music, the software automatically chooses the best pictures and stills and makes the movie from that.
it also has picture and video editors which allow you to add frames and effects to your pictures.

A nice feature to the phone for you music fans is it has some good memory and comes with an extra 64mb memory card - AND it comes with Real player for all your music videos and mp3's
The software on the cd converts your mp3's in to aac files which halfs the size of the file.

it also comes with adobe pdf reader for any downloads as this phone is email ready and another feature is that this phone is a modem.

it comes with all the standars - calculator - to do lists - clocks , alarms, etc but it has got a great quality screen to it which from previous experience with nokias is usually one of there weak points. the camera is very accurate it doesnt stutter aand captures every detail. But thats not the only thing thats better quality - the sound is flawless for most song - heavy guitar and drums songs can sound a little bit tinny.

now is it user friendly i hear u ask. - well the buttons are close together and can easily make mistakes typing numbers also - if you play a music video or a song or open the internet you have make sure its all fully closed down which can be harder than it sounds even when you think you have you could still end up with the irritating message of
"General memory full close some applications and try again"
i scream at my phone sometimes but this leads to another plus - its quite a durable phone i have dropped mine several time and no problems however the screen can get dirty as there is no protection for it.

the battery life isnt amazing but i think its satisfactory i have ended up putting mine on charge everynight.

the bluetooth is a boom - fast transfer speads and as this fone excepts most formats you can have anything you want on here really.

its a smart phone with some nice features but can be tricky for the shaky hands or the big fingers and the irritating fact that most programs stay open and you have to turn the fone on and off as you dont know whats left open.

id recommend it for nokia fans but i think the new n series will be more advantageous when they come out in november.
