A solid phone (Nokia 6680)

I remember waiting excitedly for my first Nokia in 1998. It seemed bulky and the battery started to wobble before the year was up, but then I was due an upgrade, which I researched thoroughly and anticipated with excitement. That was the pattern for about six years, until one upgrade bought me the 6680 which I kept until a couple of years ago. I only gave it up when I went abroad, I gave it to my dad. He still has it and I have a newish Nokia 6288, supposedly better, but actually much worse.

The 6680 is a big phone, but very solid with a great, if low resolution screen. I have just been on eBay, looking for one because I hate the 6288 so much. There seems to be second hand ones going for around 30-40 quid... In fact, between writing that last sentance and this I've just bid on one. Now I'm too excited to finish writing this review.

Summary: I loved this phone and now I've bought another one.
