Advantages: Safe-guard for the future., Intergrated camera., MMS,GPRS and IRDA

Disadvantages: Cost @ around £300, Only a handfull of people own MMS enabled mobiles., Miner software glitches.

The mobile telecommunications industry means big money and Nokia covers a large portion of that industry. I have previously owned Nokia handsets such as one of the first antenna-less handsets: the Nokia 3210 then an 8310 etc. Speaking as a UK resident, I?m pleased that we have been given the Nokia 7250i handset that is also widely available in the US as is most things.

Moving onto the basics of the Nokia 7250i, we see little difference between the 7250i and its predecessor, the 7250. The differences are small but relatively vital such as the camera's extra 'night-mode'.

Other extras include XHTML browsing which, basically, is the upgraded way of using the WAP feature. I?ve owned the 7250i for about a month now and its certainly winning my appreciation as more and more features upon the handset become useful in my everyday use at college etc.

As a previous reviewer pointed out, the "Visually provocative design" takes a little getting used to, but serves as a benchmark in the aesthetics and agronomical design of handsets.

Its had quite abit of recognistion as "The Official Imaging Phone of London Fashion Week". Not every handset acheives that!

Its high resolution colour display supports up to 4096 colours and looks groovy, as well as polyphonic ringtones etc. It?s a Tri-band world phone and supports WAP(wireless application protocol), GPRS(general packet radio service), SMS(short messaging service), and MMS(multimedia messaging services) etc.

The integrated camera is of good quality but scores low when pitted against the Samsung V200 integrated camera.

Overall, a sound investment as Nokia handsets tend to hold the lowest depreciation value amongst other manufactures such as segam etc.

It also safe-guards you for most of the future as this handset is packet to the brim with fun and usefull inovations.

I fully back this handset.

Nice op, I've got one of these beauties on its way to me as I write this and can't wait!

Btw I got confused with the agronomical line, think you meant ergonomical as agronomical is about the management of farms ;-)

A good first op - I look forward to more! Try and read and rate around the site as much as you can while you're here - it will get your name known a bit and you should get more reads ;)
