Advantages: Looks cool

Disadvantages: expensive

This is one of the offspring of the phone that was the first ever cool phone I saw - the nokia 8110. This has many of the functions of its predecestor including slid on cover and inbuilt ariel. However, for the price you pay for it, is all this worth it? Unlike its predecesor this phone doesn't get covered with greasy finger prints and the matt slate gray cover actually protects it from that. It may not be the type of phone for big fingered people like me because the keys are so small. In addition, it is a phone that is easy to loose as well and given the short standby time, if you do loose it, you better hope that the phone is still 'alive' so that you can ring it to try and locate it. I think that the only significant advantage over the 8850 is that this is triband.

Do you own this phone, if so you may be disappointed as it is not triband, but dual band 900/1900.
