The QWERTY keyboard is just the right size as well, and you get msoft word & excel, although to be fair I have never used the excel programme as the screen is to small for a complicated spread sheet. I have had three Nokia communicators and I have to say I find them much easier to use than other pda's. The 9210i has a fax programme as well, and I know everyone says that fax is dead, but in my line of business people still use faxes quite a bit. Certainly it helps to have the fax, also the ability to receive faxes it very useful, as I divdert my office fax to my 9210i when I am away and hey presto I'm know what's going on.
