Advantages: Easy to get to programmes

Disadvantages: Can freeze like a computer sometimes

I got this phone as a present 4 months ago, and i am very happy with it. It is really easy to operate. I could even setup my email on it and i am no genuis at doing these things.
It gives you instructions step by step, not only in the booklet, but the phone has its own help section.
I have put all my music on it and the sound is not bad either.Photo quality is reasonable and internet browsing is easy to do.
The only thing is that it seems to freeze like a computer would ever now and then. When it does, i have to switch off completely, wait a minute, and switch it on again before it starts to operate.
I can syncronise it onto my computer, which i never thought i would ever be able to do. It has easy access to all the sections with one button.
All in all, i am very happy with the phone and i can recommend it to anyone.
