Advantages: Lots of features, looks nice
Disadvantages: expensive, I don't use all of the features
I upgraded to Nokia E71 a few months ago, from a previous E model.
I am really impressed with this lovely little phone. i was worried because they have shrunk the already small querty keyboard, but this doesn't seem to be too much of a problem, I am able to text and e-mail really easily. I have found the user interface to be nice and simple, and Im enjoying the familiar Nokia look that is typical to all of their phones.
Simple operations, such as making a call or sending a text, are lovely and simple, just as you would expect them to be with Nokia.
If you are wanting to do something a bit more adventurous, then you may need to consult the manual once or twice. I have found the pre loaded Sat Nav software to be so so. It will get you where you want to go, but only just. I tried installing my legal Tomtom software on it, but failed miserably! This means, I am going to have to buy another unit, just to use as Sat Nav, which is quite disappointing.
Overall, the phone is useful probably for business people, but for people who just want a normal phone, I personally wouldn't go for the expense. i do however like the camera quality, it is nice for taking happy snaps, but again, I have a separate
camera, which does a better job.
Summary: Good for business people, but Is it really worth the expense? I don't think so.
