A phone for every aspect fo your life (Nokia E71)

Having owned the Nokia E71 for a few months now i have to say that i am absolutely delighted with every aspect of the phone so far. Firstly, for its size this is quite a weighty phone, but for me this gives the impression of a high level of build quality and a sturdiness that is increasingly lacking in new phones on the market and the thinness of the handset makes up for its weight.

In competition with the Blackberry range, this phone has many features, all of which have run faultlessly so far. features ranging from WI-FI and GPRS WAP, to media players, GPS and bluetooth.

One thing that has really revolutionised my phone usage is the extraordinarily compact QWERTY keyboard. Although small, the keys are easy to use because of their domed design. Further to this, the function buttons on the phone are fully customisable to your personal preferences, an extremely useful feature.

The E71 allows you to also connect your email account to the phone so that you can receive and send emails as you would send text messages, essential for when on the go.

The camera, although now far behind many of those on the market with a mere 3.2 megapixels, is of a high quality and is entirely satisfactory for this type of phone.

Battery life may be an issue for those who have all of the features on the go all the time such as the network scanners for the email and WiFi settings, bluetooth etc, but these can be disabled to prolong battery life which i have stretched to 2-3 days.

Access to an App store is there but it limited at present compared to the iPhone.

The screen is large and sharp and call sound quality is good and loud is required. this is an all round phone for today's varied life. Doubling as a work and personal life phone, that can be used for either i would not trade it for the world.
