Nokia Lumia 800
Advantages: Easy of use, Good value
Disadvantages: Lack of Apps
I bought this phone for my partner after his blackberry was on its last legs.
The aspect of the phone that enticed my partner to buy it was the windows operating system he had seen it on TV and he was not let down, he really enjoys using it.
A feature of the operating system he likes are the tiles because he can choose which ones he likes and personalise them to his needs. Such as moving them around so the one he uses near the top and can even create a tile for contacts so he can call without scrolling through the phone list.
The camera on the phone is really good nice and clear photos, it doesn't compare to a stand alone digital camera however, good enough for a phone and everyday photos.
The phone is really easy to use and navigate around with not to much difficulty once you have got used to the windows operating system.
As with all touch screen phones the battery life isn't amazing however he is able to use it all day for texting calling, browsing the internet, and facebook and it lasts most of the day.
The downside to the phone is the lack of apps available on the app store compared to android or iphone for example internet banking apps of some banks aren't available on the windows phone but are on others.
Over all it is a good phone for the average user if you are looking for a all bells and whistles phone this probably isn't for you however it suits him and his needs, it is worth it for the price of it.
