Advantages: variety of applications, In built gps, N95 in candy bar phone

Disadvantages: build quality of keypad

Having decided to upgrade my phone, I looked in depth at the wide variety of phones on the market, and finally decided to buy the N82. Having liked the Nokia N95 8GB I was drawn to this particular phone at first however most of the people I knew had this phone and I wanted to be a little different. This combined with the fact that I have had bad experiences with slide type phones led me to the N82.

The N82 is identical in features to the N95 with the added bonus of having a camera with full flash which is superb in low light/pitch black conditions. I regularly use the built in A-GPS with Garmin mobile xt which provides full sat nav on the phone without being connected to a mobile network and the associated costs of this. The Sports tracker from Ovi is also a great application, and one which I would highly recommend.

The phone itself is built very well and had survived many drops, with the most minor of scratches. The only problem I have encountered with the phone is to have a replacement keypad fitted as the joystick got ripped from the keys.

Overall great phone with so many features you wont know what to do with it.
