On the minus side; I'm a novice user who normally wants a phone to text and make phone calls. The phone menu is not as easy to use as other nokia phones and I still haven't found the short cut to get to the phone book. The phone also developed a fault after 6 months where I could not hear the person speaking unless it was on loud speaker. When I took it in to the shop to be repaired. NB: It was a hardware fault rather than software related as I had updated the firmware to ensure that it was the latest version.

On the plus side; the main reason, I opted for the phone was the camera resolution which has met the requirements - I have had some pretty good pictures. The battery life is good for such a complex phone even though I am using it for work.
