Advantages: Big Screen - Great Audio & Video
Disadvantages: Battery Life
Mixed feelings about this phone. I've had mine for a couple of months now.
I had the Sony Ericsson K800i before (which I must add was probably the best phone I've ever had.) Perhaps that phone has biased my opinion on the new one.
The bloke in the shop said the N95 was the "must have" phone.
To a large extent I agree - the camera is top quality providing you master how to get the settings right for evening shots or ones in darker environments.
Messaging is easy.
Biggest plus for me is the video function - took this phone on holiday and made several recordings. Didn't realise how good it was until I plugged it into the TV and saw a crystal clear video. It really is the Dogs DooDaahs.
Oh....and the music I have downloaded can be fired out through the stereo with utmost clarity.
Biggest let downs for me are the battery life - not too great at all - indeed I'm tempted to buy a spare. Secondly, the sat nav function is nowhere near as useful as it might be - get a Tom Tom instead.
Oh - and mine bleeps a bit during calls for some reason - no idea why.
The screen is big and clear - great for picture messaging.
Biggest thing though - if you're not on a cheap internet connection with your provider, CHANGE YOUR NAV KEY SHORTCUTS or you'll be getting connnected without realising.
Summary: If you could mix the functionality of the k800i with the screen and features you'd have a winner.
