Nokia N95 (Nokia N95)
Member Name: jd001
Advantages: Great camera Disadvantages: Battery life I chose this phone generally as I wanted to go back to a Nokia after not being entirely happy with the other phones I had tried and more specifically for the camera which I had been recommended by several people. Although the phone is quite bulky compared to others I have had that didn't put me off and I found it really easy to use and get used to. The camera was ideal for what I wanted, mainly for taking pictures of e-bay items and the pictures are quick and easy to upload, I find its quick and easy to access the internet and like little things like the fact I can set it to ring as well as say the name of the person who is ringing me and delte all selected messages instead of tedioulsy doing one at a time, however, as long as I can find something with a camera that I can use as easily am looking forward to upgrading. The problem I have found is the battery life if i use the camera a lot I need to charge the phone daily, I know using the camera does drain the battery quicker but found this quite ridiculous and even if I don't use the camera or internet I still have to charge the battery every other day as have found I can have 3+ bars of battery life one minute and the next minute its dead, I found this to my expense early on after getting the phone when I set a wake up alarm and went to bed with 2 bars of battery life which I thought would be plenty for a phone that was going to be dormant all night, but then later dies at some point during the night causing the whole family to oversleep. All in all I do like the phone and its functions but the battery is pretty rubbish. Summary: love the phone shame about battery life!
