The menu structures seemed overly complex and the T9 was difficult to use if you wanted to make changes or check letter options. The four-way navigation key and the spacing of the main buttons were excellent and the shape of the phone made the keys relatively easy to reach with one hand. That said, the two tiny soft keys below the screen were too small and the dip in the centre of the navigation key encouraged you to press the middle, an action that did nothing. The icons on the top of the phone are very poor. There is a musical note image to signify the ringer is on. There is a tiny thin line through it to signify the ringer is off. But it is virtually ...
