Panasonic VS6

This is the last Panasonic phone that the British market will see for a while. This is due to the fact that the company have decided to making what could be called 'normal' phones (i.e. those which do not have 3G capability) and concentrate on bringing out a new range of up-to-the minute devices to be released some time in the next 18 months. THis is the best panasonic phone on the market. It is uber-stylish and has some superb original ideas which makes this phone special and unlike other phones. Basic features include: texting + T9, calls (and conference i think but i have not used this personally), 500+ caller log, 2 megapixel camera, bluetooth, MP3 (abit dodgy), games (it has Sonic), colour screen, Calendar... The extra things are that it has a big button on the hinge, that when pressed will flip the screen. I know it sounds silly but it is really really fun to do and is very cool. I have to say this is the best screen on any mobile phone I have ever seen (around 16 million colours)! The 2mp camera with auto light ajust takes excellent pictures. The video however is not so good at only 176*144 pixels and is quite blocky especially if the phone is moved around a lot. Internal memory is resonable at 32mb but not if you are intending to put lots of mp3's on it. This phone looks very nice and fits very easily into your pocket. Overall, this is an excellent phone but would be better if it had an external memory card, better mp3 player, a sub display and louder speaker. this is the panasonic vs6 and as you may know panasonic have not been too successful with mobile phones but i believe that this is starting to change because of the panasonic vs6 i recommend this phone to the average everyday person that uses their phone for the odd game and taking pictures although it also has a mp3 player. advantages: mp3 player good colour screen good camera good looks excellent design flip open disadvantages: no radio not much memory plain inside small buttons this phone will cost you somewhere in between £80 - £140 and is excellent value ...  Read the complete review
