Before I start criticizing this mobile phone I have to admit that IT WAS MY FIRST CAMERA phone and yes it was God's gift then. I begged my aunt to buy me this mobile about two years ago. She finally gave me the £50.00 to go and buy the mobile. I rushed to my nearby Virgin store to buy the mobile. Why Virgin Store? Well I already had a virgin simcard so that meant £10 discount. When I got to the store it was my lucky day indeed, The Virgin company were having a week promotion of £20 off all mobiles so the mobile cost me only £40 including £10 top-up. I rushed back home, I just couldn't't wait to get that mobile out and running. I got home and ... Read the complete review

OK, so I can't help it if I have dyslexic hands and my brain can't always control them!! How was I to know that my cup of tea would jump up and pour itself all over my lovely samsung phone that I adored???? (Oooops no insurance!). So, on the realisation that I had to get a replacement phone, out I went into the vast beyond to find one that was cheap enough to take my still working sim card from my tea-filled samsung. I eventually stumbled upon this Philips 355. I bought it for £45, and actually got a free cd player with it. I then promptly took it along to my local mobile phone wizard to be unblocked so it would take my vodafone sim card. The bloke in the shop ... Read the complete review

Back in the days of 2004 most people still had their trustworthy Nokia 3310/3410's - but everyone wanted to make way for coloured technology. So browsing in woolworths i saw this phone and thought - hmm, thats quite a nice phone. So I put it on my christmas list at £80. A few weeks later I opened a christmas present and found this phone to be inside. I was pleased. I opened and charged it like you do with new mobiles and then it came to the point of using it. With new mobiles you usually fiddle about with it and its easy to find yourself round it without needing the help manual. This phone is way, way different. Just to use the camera ... This has to be one of the worst phones I have ever owned! It's extremely small and this can be a benefit if you are putting it in your pocket or something but if you are using it then it's very annoying as the keys are too small and they make a clicking noise every time you press one of them which gets on your nerves. The camera on the phone is almost useless as well. The pictures are grainy and are not very clear and you need a lot of light to take a decent enough picture. You also have limited memory with the phone (about 40% of the memory is for your use), the phone comes with a lot of pre made pictures and ringtones which you cannot delete so to free up memory you ...
