Advantages: Nice and light.

Disadvantages: Cuts of a lot.

My opinion :
My opinion on the Philips c12 is ..... Well I’m not sure. It has good qualities and bad qualities. It is an older phone so it has no Internet, screensaver or logo but it has very good deals and call time. (Only with BT cellnet ).

What it has:
As I said, it is an older phone so it doesn’t have as many qualities as the new phones now a days.

Names and keys:
It can store up to 90 names or more, has hot keys (as in speed dial) or the hot keys can be used to show credit meters and so forth.

Extra:
Has an alarm clock, calculator, Biocalender, stopwatch, clock (visible on main menu).

Settings:
It has 20 stored ringers, has voicemail (including input voice), Box number, gives you the option to register with a different network (as long as you buy a non-connected network phone) key tones (on or of).

Security:
Changeable pin code and can have 2 pin codes running at the same time.

Messages:
Can send text messages, receive text messages, has usual messages stored if you are in a hurry, can save up to 10 text messages and can add pictured text messages. Only other Philips phones on the same network can view pictures.

Costs:
This is not too expensive or too cheap. A normal call to a local house number usually costs 35 p per minute, 12p per text message and a quite high amount to call other mobiles, free of charge to service center (help line). The best part of a Philips c12 running on a BT cellnet network is that you get as much call time to any number chosen! The number can only be changed when toped up.

Restrictions:
A bad point about this phone as every 60 days you have to top up your credit by 10 pounds. If you do not get toped up you get barred till you top up at least £15 but then if you do that there is no more credit topup's needed if you add another £5. Only in you
r own time.

What it doesn’t have:
If you are thinking of buying this phone for a present to a child, then don’t. It does not have any of the things that phones now a day's have such as games, logo's, internet and much more. This phone would suit someone who is not going to use it all the time like a teenager or businessman.

I warn you though, it has a very blurry connection and cuts of quit al lot!. With BT cellnet.

Thank you for taking the time to read my opinion. I hope this has been useful to you in some way. By sean-kenny
