Advantages: My phone bill has decreased

Disadvantages: Everything

This phone is dreadful! It might be small and lightweight, but it's functionality is apalling. We only bought it so we could use email, which we haven't managed to get working in the last 3 months. The menus are slow and difficult to use - not intuative at all. I have only ever had Nokia phone before and this is so difficult to use. We have not managed to get the email or blue tooth connection to work. We bought a blue tooth connector for £40 that we can't get to work with either of our 2 fisio 825 phones. The quality of voices whilst on the phone is so quiet and tinny that it makes it impossible to hear most of the time. Even to put the keylock on is difficult and changing to silent mode takes about 3 menus.

You can't get different covers, cannot download phone rings and as we haven't managed to get the blue tooth working we cannot download personal wallpaper etc.

I definately do not recommend this phone to anyone and i cannot wait to get rid of it! My phone bill has decreased by about 80% because i just can't bear to use the phone.

Hiya and welcome to dooyoo ;)

Sorry this phone has turned out to be such a naff purchase for you, but thanks for sharing your experience with us!

Alocin offers you some good advice below. You do need to include quite a lot more detail - don't worry, I made the same mistake when I first started!

If you need any help feel free to contact me via my profile page.

Hope you have fun here ;)

Hello! Welcome to dooyoo! As a recently new member I thought I would pass on some advice that I was given.

Try to limit your reviews to one a day or so - posting several reviews in one day is called "churning" and frowned upon. Also try to read and rate other member's reviews to get ideas on how to best write your own.

Remember to include lots of detail - the better your reviews, the more people will read them, the more points you will get! Good luck! :-)
