Top criticism of the Sagem MYX5m is that the menus and navigation are simply poorly designed. At times it looks like they weren't even designed at all. For example: To add a new phone number. Go to the phonebook. I see something like this: Sarah Tom Phonebook Options Alice Bart What a stupid idea! Scroll through the my friends names looking for "Phonebook Options". Doh!
