The Samsung D600 Is the 'Improved' version of The Samsung D500, and a very popular phone 1 or 2 years back down the line of time. It has Lost popularity over the years as many new phones have come out with - Free Browsing, 3G video Calls and much better graphics than Previous Phone Models.

When I first Acquired my Samsung D600 I was so excited as this was the First Bluetooth Enabled phone I had, and a Decent, Swift Upgrade for my alcatel.
I mean who would not be? With a memory card slot, Wap enabled, MMS,SMS and Fm radio, go back 2 or 3 years and this was the craze.

The sleek slide design was also rather tempting and helped it sell off the shelves.
But I had a very different experience with my Samsung - I had Acquired it off of my Uncle as a Present. When it arrived to me it was in pristine mint condition.
I used it for 3 months and I loved the freedom of it, and by now I had several tracks on my phone and frequently listened to them at full blast, which was very quiet.
Then after 5 Months I encountered a problem, The Back Battery of the Phone had detached and It's two clips that clicked the battery into place had snapped clean off.

Immediately I was on the Phone to Samsung - and all I got was music in my ear as I was placed on Hold for 30 minutes on end. Not a very nice way to treat a customer of yours if you ask me. Until 2 hours down the line they had agreed to send a replacement, and until then I had to make do.

So me being terrible at creativity I decided to Sellotape the back cover onto the phone so my phone could actually be turned on! Which wasn't very helpful as the back battery still fell off.

Then in the end the Battery pack did come 3 days late, But this problem could have been resolved had it not been for the plastic clips which attached the battery pack.
But the features on the phone do work well, so It's not what wrong with the product features it's how the product is made - and in my case not very well.
