Massive Heating Problem sets back the phone (Samsung E720)

Ok I really hate writing bad reviews, so I will try to be nice here, but this phone had two problems for me, and and one of them I felt was a big problem which I will talk about now.

As I was on a call the phone would heat up more and more and then really it would feel quite hot and burn my head up and give me a headache. This is no joke and I feel Samsung really screwed up on this part with the mechanics of the phone and no other phone I have ever used does this. I phoned up Samsung to ask if this was normal and they said yes for this phone it was, so they said I should just keep my phone calls short if I don't like it. This is not something I find acceptable as if I purchase a phone I would expect to use the phone for as long as I want to, without any problems arising.

The other problem with the phone is that the memory can not be increased so it is impossible to use it for multimedia. It really is a basic phone and has a nice stylish clock and flip feature so for this I would not say its a bad phone. Really the main thing that lets the phone down is the heating problem, and if it was not for this I would recomend this phone to anyone.
