this is a phone that i have never owned but have had many hours to play around with as my girlfriend owns it. first impressions? its big, bigger than any other phone even smartphone i have ever owned but wow it looks good. i would have though such a big screen (4x4) would sacrafice on resolution but the screen looks better than a lot of smartphones on the market today. probably not the phone i would recommend for small hands and pockets but there are upsides to the large screen, the internet is easier to use than on other phones where i would keep accidently clicking the wrong thing.
although a large phone it is by no means bulky with class A stlying much like the first generation iphone (not in a bad way). the only concerns i have about the styling are that the phone is too thin, i know what your thinking, thats not a problem thats great but time and time again i found myself re-adjusting my hand to make sure the phone is in a comfortable position and wont slip out of my hand.
the camera at 5 megapixels is your standerd smartphone camera nowdays but i have got to say it does look better than the camera on my HTC desire S but when i compared with the iphone i could not find any noticable difference.
the phone runs on android which is nothing new by now, we all know it works, the styling of the home screen may not be as good as iOs but it certainly does the job exceedingly well.
Summary: an excellent new addition to Samsungs range that easily rivals HTC and Apple
