i've has this phone for a while now and its not to bad. i cant say it a fantastic phone and wish i had waited a bit longer to get the nokia N97 or the sany erricson Idou due in nov/dec sometime. Good bits, like the design, duel functioning way to text, either on screen or T9, really easy to use and a excellant camera, mobile internet is really fast as long as your in a good location, just been on holiday in the outskirts of exmoor national park and it struggled compared to city of leeds where its regulary used. bad bits, if you want a mobile office do not get this phone, as i said it good for internet and general browsing at that, can sometimes be slow to respond to pressing of touchscreen. not found it that easy to get used to text compared with n95 i had last, but two different phones, this is my first samsung i generally go for nokias and over all its a good phone but wait for last quater of year when better phones are expected.

Summary: ok as a fashion phone but not as an out of office phone
