The good things about this phone is that the battery goes on for ever before you have to recharge it, I probably only recharged it about once a month - if that, it is also tough I dropped it onto a concrete floor and it survived without a scratch and it is waterproof.
The one very annoying feature about this phone is the "fake call" which is there to get you out of somewhere where you don't want to be a meeting etc, but if I have my phone on silent or turned off it is turned off for a reason - I don't want to be disturbed, or I'm somewhere where a phone shouldn't be on. You press the navigation key and a pre-set time later your phone will ring this happens if the phone is on silent or turned off. I eventually found out how to turn the feature off but it kept turning itself back on!! The only way I found for the fake call not to work was to put the phone onto "meeting" profile.
After only about 18 months the phone developed a software fault and was useless.
