Advantages: Good value for money, reliable, Battery life
Disadvantages: No Wow Factor
This phone really does offer great value for money, I purchased mine for a little as £13 to take on a backpacking holiday to Australia just for emergency purposes, as I can not use my contract smartphone abroad, without running up a huge bill. Where as this phone is sim free. I also see the phone as a great option for a night out and Australia as losing this phone is a mere £13 losing a smartphone is around £500.
Don't get the impression this phone is some rubbish emergency only phone though, yes ok it does not offer the smartphone wow factor. But it is still a great reliable little phone.
First thing a noticed is the build quality (it is a Samsung after all) molded out of sturdy plastic, with keys and screen feeling very durable. Plus weighing 65grams its not to weighty and not to light.
The Battery life is also very very good, lasts for up to 120hours much better than modern day smart phones. You wont be needing to charge this phone every night or every 3 nights, again a great Australian backpacking holiday feature when plug points were scarce.
The general features are standard with really only phoning (good sound) and texting, with a few novelty games thrown in, but what were you expecting for £13.
Overall this phone offers great value for money. Buy one.
