I had such high hopes when my Samsung Jet arrived. I was promised the full touch experience as well as DivX support and most importantly exchange support for my work.

1 out of 3 I got. I will begin with the positive. The DivX codec works a treat, there is no need for resizing or converting any videos or files. The playback quality is stunning and the sound through the head phone is absolutely fantastic.

Now here is where it falters. As a phone it really isn't up to much. I must be spoiled as an iPhone user, as i feel the touch is well below par and very resistive. The menus are a re shambolic and the widgets are more annoying than anything else. They seem to pop onto your desktop when the phone is in your pocket. This is also when a lot buttons are pressed without your knowledge.
