Advantages: Easy Menu Functions
Disadvantages: The Camera Function
After having my old phone for over 4 years, (it had served me well) I decided to purchase a touch screen I couldn't afford the more popular choices but found the Samsung GTs5230 to be more reasonably priced as with most of purchases I decided not to read the instructions first and try to get acquainted with my new phone by playing with it. I cant lie and say the touch screen was easy to use straight away it wasn't and I found scrolling up down difficult as I inadvertently dialled people by mistake however I did get use to it. The Camera function of this phone are a little disappointing and pictures often came out a little blurry, a definite steady hand is required to make the most of it. The menu bar is simple and easy and I had no difficulty with downloading or using the internet on this. It has been a wrench letting go of my old phone but with a bit of patience and a lot of playing this phone has now become an extension to my arm, If you are new to the new wave of touch screen technology as I was then all I can say is patience is the key and eventually you will wonder why you hadn't purchased it sooner.
