Advantages: Reliable, easy to use, sturdy and light
Disadvantages: Basic, without camera
The Samsung SGH-B100 is incredibly cheap, reliable, sturdy, light, and does everything you need a mobile phone to do.
The phone is basic shape with basic features, including texting, phoning, standard extras (calculator, alarm etc.), a standard sound player with decent quality sound and the ability to upgrade to internet use.
The black exterior is relatively attractive but this is far from a flashy, stylish phone: you get what you pay for. Very cheap, at around ten pounds, the model is good value for money with a decent calling and texting set up, which are the essentials to a mobile phone.
The phone is very sturdy and almost impossible to break, dropping it on a hard surface barely makes a mark, and so is practical for busy, active people who are liable to damaging their phones.
The battery life of the phone is outstanding, lasting over a week when fully charged. However, this is largely due to its simplicity and lack of a camera, which is a major downside of the model.
Overall, it is a simple, easy to use phone with all the essentials, but very basic.
Summary: simplistic, basic model with the essentials.
