Advantages: Logical menu, good keys, looks stylish, reliable

Disadvantages: Diminishing battery life as it ages.

I have now used this phone for a year (on O2), and although I'm now entitled to an upgrade I'm inclined to hang on to it for a while longer. It's a nice design, very compact and the menu is logically laid out. Texting is easy, and I have no problems using it for WAP purposes either. Sound quality is pretty good also, and the camera takes pictures of real quality. I've had no problems with it going on the blink (although it does have a bit of a tendancy to switch itself on in my pocket). Only drawback is that the battery life is waning somewhat as it gets older (2-3 days between charges now).

Summary: Worth picking up for those who want a reliable and attractive phone.
