Disadvantages: don't drop it on a hard surface

I had this phone for 2 years and it was the perfect phone - unfortunately I dropped it and it hasn't really been the same since. It has a large screen with good definition and looks good. The only downside on the look is that you get thumb prints all over it (as you do with most slide phones!).

In terms of reception, it was fantastic. The call quality is good. The functions such as phone book, messaging and viewing missed calls etc are very easily placed. Not as eacy to use as a Nokia but you get used to where they are located.

There is a slot for a memory card to supplement an average memory that it has got. After taking some video on the phone I soon found out that I had to start deleting things because the memory was getting full. Also, Holds 200 messages which is useful. A downside is that a couple of times (even before I dropped it) when I was typing a text, the phone screen just went blank so I had to turn if off and start again. This did not occur often though.

The camera on this phone is a bit Jeckyl and Hyde - it produces quality photographs of still objects but you can forget trying to take a photo of anything moving because the shutter speed is so slow that the photo comes out blurred - if you manage to capture the moving object on the photo at all. The phone isn't packed with features but does everything you need a phone to do. Most of the games that came with mine were demos so that you had to buy the full version if you wanted it which was a bit annoying.

It is quite a slim and light phone to carry around compared to some others now on the market that are really noticeable when you put them in your pocket. I would recommend this phone or its predecessor to my friends.
