Advantages: Looks good; Cheap; Texting and calling is easy
Disadvantages: Poor memory
I got this phone because my Sony Ericsson broke and I needed a phone quick. I saw this in the shop and brought it straight away because it was only £28.99 and it looks smart for such a cheap phone and I've seen loads of people with them so I knew it must be ok.
It's a slide phone that comes in a few different colours like pink, black, lilac and silver. My mate reckons she's seen one in white but I've never seen that one but I think it would look smart.
The keypad is easy to use because the keys are well spaced out and I like slide phones because it stops me accidentally phoning someone when my phone is in the back pocket of my jeans.
The reception isn't always very good on this phone and sometimes I can't get it to work when I'm in the living room but when I take it into the kitchen it will let me make my phone call. It bugs me though because the signal strength is always on full so I should be able to use my phone but it won't let a call go through. It also takes for ages to tell me when I've got a voicemail and sometimes the message has been there for an hour before the phone decides to let me know it's there.
I can always hear whoever I'm talking to well and no-one has ever said that they can't hear me properly so the clarity is good. The loudspeaker is a bit naff but I don't use that very often so that doesn't bother me that much.
Texting is easy as well and I like how all the symbols are in one place when you press and hold the hash key because on my last phone all the symbols were mixed in with the letters on the number keys so I ended up having to press each key loads of times to get the symbol I wanted. I like how the phone flashes my balance up everytime I send a text because that helps me stay in control of my credit.
The camera is good and once I've sent my photos to the computer via bluetooth they are good enough to use as my desktop photo. If you zoom in too much thepicture comes blurry but that's the same with most camera phones.
The memory isn't very good on this phone so I brought an SD card to go in it and now I can hold loads. Before it would only hold about 20 photos and 1 song and that's no good for me but with the card it's ok and holds loads more.
There are a few games built into the phone but I don't play many games on it and they're not that good anyway. I've got the pink one which has got a Paris Hilton diamond switching game pre-loaded but it's crap and one of the most boring games ever.
FOr the price I reckon this phone is wicked. It looks like it should cost more and the features are quite good even though the games are not that good.
