Advantages: Small and fairly lightweight
Disadvantages: Poor camera, internet access is useless
I've had my Samsung E370 for about 2 years now, and I have to say it is a pretty nice little phone.
The phone features a good quality screen which slides up to reveal a hidden keypad. By default the phone makes a noise when you do this, which gets pretty annoying after a while. However it's easy to turn this off in the phone settings menu.
I was initially concerned about having the screen exposed as I thought it might get scratched (I'd only ever had a flip phone before), but to my delight, the screen is as good now as the day I bought it!
The sound quality of calls is mostly pretty good - it has the odd time when it's difficult to hear what the other person is saying, but that could be down to the network (O2 in my case) or where abouts you are in the country.
The phone does have an integrated camera that can be used for photos and video, but to be honest it's not great. Internet access is pretty useless too!
However, if you use a phone purely for calls and texts, you can't really go wrong!
Summary: A good phone if you're only using it for calls and texts
