Advantages: Compact, Easy to use

Disadvantages: Takes pictures in your pocket!

Each year I get a new phone. It is my husbands idea, not mine. In the past I have had either Sony or Nokia. This time I decided to go with a flip top camera phone. I had never had one before so I wanted to try it out.

Look:

It is a very classy silver phone. It is small and smooth that fits easily in a pocket or hand bag. It is so small that sometimes I tend to lose it in my handbag!! It has a screen on the front so that you can see who is calling you and a camera above the screen. The overall look is great!

Using the Phone:

Well, like all phones you have to start learning different ways in order to work them. It usually takes me about a week to figure one out. However, this one was very simple and easy to learn. Within a day, I was using it like a pro. The camera allows you to take pictures and videos and attach those pictures to your numbers. The ease of the menu allows you to quickly find where you can change your screen and phone tones. The poloyphonic tones are new to me and to be honest can get a little annoying because I think it is the tv or radio! But, that is just how my hearing is. There are a few games. However, that is not why I have a phone. The volume button is great. As you are talking you can easily increase or decrease the volume of the speaker. This is the easiest of any phone I have ever had.

The reception is good. The small areial helps to boost the signal that some other phones can't get (particularly the Sony).

The phone came with two batteries which is a definate plus if you are taking it on holiday with you. The larger battery keeps a charge for more than a week with normal use.

Disadvantage:

Because it is a flip top phone there is no key guard. The button to take pictures is on the outside edge of the phone. If the phone is in my pocket or I grab it wrong, I end up taking pictures of my pocket, my hand bag or whatever is in it's camera view. It can be a bit annoying when I have to keep deleting black pictures!

I got this phone for about £50 as part of a contract. I felt that it was reasonable and worth the money
