The Samsung e800 is one of the most stylish phones on the market. it has a completely different style to any other mobile and instantly differentiates you from the crowd.

Look:
The phone is light and compact and easily fits into any pocket while still managing to be user friendly and practical.
The paintwork becomes easily scratched, and as t s chrome unfortunately it shows!

Ease of use
The buttons are small enough so they don't distract from the overall look of the phone but can still be used without problems, although they take a bit of getting used to.
The navigation system within the phone is virtually the same as all phones but if you are used to using nokia phones then you may notice some slight changes including the positioning of the security features and the clock.

Functions
The best function of the phone in my opinion is the incredibly bright flash, the brightest on the market, which not only improves picture quality but doubles up as a torch if you ever find yourself stumbling through the dark!
The camera had a good quality camera and a large memory capacity, i have around 50 pics on mine and there is no indication of the memory filling up.

Performance:
Since i have had this new phone have had vituallt no peforance ssues with it. however i have notices the phone has turned tself off a few times, whether ths was due to the positioning of the phine in my pocket or a fault in the phone i dont know.

Problems:
The main problem that i have noticed with the phone is the distinct lack of service. i have been unable to send messages and make calls even though other people on the same network have been able to standing next to me and even though the phone displays a full signal bar. however this has improved since April.
Another problem is that the "add word" function in text message composer automatically starts in capital letters and the dictionary seems to "forget" words that you have added! this can be extremely infuriating.
Due to the bright colour screen the battery is drained quickly and you can only get 3days moderate use out of the phone before it needs recharging.
This is also the second phone of the same type i have had as the first one suffered from an infuriating problem of colour running of the screen when the slide top was closed. this is a technical fault in many of the models and i am not sure if the manufacturers have corrected it.
The slider becomes stiff over tme, i dont know if a spot of greace would clear this up?

Drawbacks
No bluetooth

Tips.
To increase the battery life. reduce the brightness of the screen and reduce the time t takes for the phoe to turn off the backlight due to inactiity.
Furthermore you dhould have a static picture as your wall paper instead of the animated versions. (yes I know they look cool)
