E900 - Not as good as the Chocolate (Samsung SGH-E900)
Member Name: k_dc2pm
Advantages: Innovative at the time, affordable now Disadvantages: Poor functionality and Boring Samsung released this phone nearly a year after the famous 'LG Chocolate' with the same innovative technology of the 'touch-pad' controls. Yes, E900 had a better specification sheet than the Chocolate. It was indeed costly when it was first released. However, for some reason the price dropped considerably, even more so than normally would happen for other phones. Interesting fact, that many of E900 users (around me) complained heftly, of the bad touch-pad, and the keypad. The camera is average, 2MP isn't alot to brag about. The battery life is ok, and the design and the construction is average too. The price for this phone now, is reasonable of around £50. Having said all the bad points, I would suggest that it is still better than the 'new' phones costing around £50, as they will definitely not have as good features, or looks. Strongly recommended to use this phone before going out to buy it for good. It isn't as good as words, or pictures in real life. Summary: An average phone
