Samsung is a third most selling brand in mobile market and it has some good featured phones in its treasure. There is one beautiful model Samsung SGH-E950, released in 3rd quarter of last year and in gain good response and became popular in the market as well.

Here I will discuss its some important features with some advantages and disadvantages also. Take a brief note about the phone.

Design and look
Phone is designed as sliding body with dimension about 98 x 46 x 15 mm and it is consider as medium sizes phone. Display size is about 240 x 320 pixels, 2.0 inches diagonally with 256k color display. Screen resolution is not a good as some other phones have 1million color screen. Weight is also something light about 88 g. the good feature about its construction is it has touch screen navigation for better navigating experience. But this touchpad is slightly difficult to operate but overall it a good and excellent feature they have provided.

Memory
Internal memory size is reasonable with 60 MB internal memory for data, contacts, massages and java applications. Phone also supports micro SD card and maximum capacity for card is about 2GB. It is average and sufficient memory in such a middle range of phones. Here the point is that card phone does not support hot swap technology, so beware about removing the card in on condition of the phone that may cause data loss.

Connectivity
Phone does not support latest 3G and WLAN technology but it has Bluetooth, USB, GPRS and EDGE connectivity solutions. In present scenario 3G and Bluetooth is essential in middle range phone also but this provision is only available in higher level costly phone. Wait for sometimes to go price down for those connectivity facilities.

Music and FM
Phone has good music player with MP3, AAC and WMA support and stereo FM radio with RDS. Here the point is that if you wants to listen stereo sound than you have to keep stereo headset otherwise you can't be able to enjoy stereo sound in phone. Phone does not support stereo sound in built in had free.

Camera
Here is the god point is that phone has 3 megapixel camera with flash, but the bad point is that it doesn't support autofocus and the quality of pictures is not such good but it is average. Having such a 3 MP camera but doesn't have autofocus is something disappointing.

Power back-up
Battery back-up is also poor with Standard lithium ion battery Li-Ion 800mAh capacity and talk time is about 2 hours as nonstop talking. It may slightly increase in partially talking but overall it has poor back-up.

Over all it is a good designed phone with beautiful sliding design and some good feature but at some point it failed to satisfy like camera doesn't have autofocus, poor battery power and no WLAN and 3G.
