A good simple to use phone (Samsung SGH-F480)

Advantages: good display and easy to use

Disadvantages: sound quality not amazing

After much convincing i got this phone on my brother's recommendation (he knows these things and i do what I'm told) after a day or two of getting use to the touch screen it was so simple and easy to use. I have never used a touch screen before and loved how big the buttons are and no need for one of those annoying pens, the screen display and camera are much better then expected.
The main screen in very uncomplicated with the 'widget' side display that has all the key tools that you use at easy access. The phone has most of the applications that you would expect and they are all very simple to use.
The scrolling up and down menu's can be tricky but most displays aren't vertical scrolling so its not a major problem only with the recently called contacts.
The only problem i have had with the phone, and i have this with all samsung phones is that the sound quality in calls is not amazing. The sound quality of the speaker and the ringer is fine but due to the shape of the phone it is difficult to listen and talk on the phone especially since the speaker is not that great.
