Advantages: pretty and functional
Disadvantages: cannot change txt receiving tone
this is my first review!! (please be gentle ^^)
I bought this phone pretty much straight away in January and so have used it for about 4-5 months now and I'm absolutely happy with it!
The reason I chose this phone initially was one, because I could get it free by renewing my contract, two, because it was samsung.
I have only ever used samsung phones and was more than happy with them; I like it that they prioritise the phone call quality (i.e. the quality of the voice you hear) as well as all the little extra functions that I find useful.
I use the backing that has the folding cover attached to it so as to not scratch the screen and oh the screen.
I was at first a little doubtful if I could work well with touch screen (mind you it took considerable persuasion for me to try the slide phone from flip when they first came out) but I find that I don't have any problem navigating. Though I must say, with long nails it can be tricky as the phone doesn't seem to respond to nails only.
One annoying thing about this phone though is the fact that you cannot change the txt receiving tone; so everyone who owns this phone has the same sound as txts come in. Which leads to a lot of shuffling in public places when one phone receives a txt...;;
Summary: great phone really
