Advantages: Looks great, feels great, sounds great

Disadvantages: No stylus

I have had samsungs for the past 3 years and I don't think I could ever have anything different now!! It is so easy to use that even my mum who isnt very good at technology can use it!! It looks great, is really light and has all the features that you need from a modern mobile phone. Has enough memory for loads of music albums, pictures and videos. The camera is quite good and the music player is excellent - great quality sound. The touch screen is quite responsive, however, as it is heat sensitive, you cannot use a stylus with it. Accessing the internet is great as the screen is large enough for a decent picture. You can add loads of details to the phonebook so all your contact information is in one place. You can buy screen protectors in case you are worried about damaging the large touch screen. All in all a great phone, which I am in no hurry to get rid of.
