Advantages: Big memory

Disadvantages: Breaking and freezing

The Samsung SGH-F480, also known as the TOCCO (from the Italian word for 'Touch')is a high-spec, touch screen mobile phone that is light weight and good to look at.
The phone comes in two colours, black and light pink.
You get two back covers with the phone, one which is an ordinary cover and the other with a flip down, leather cover that protects the touch screen.

The Tocco contains a 5 mega pixel camera, mp3 player, FM radio, 1 free puzzle game, video recorder and fast 3G web browser.
It uses Haptic vibration technology with the touch screen, which means you can feel under your finger tips when you press a button on the screen.
When texting, the size of the buttons are a good size (unlike the iPhone) so you don't often press the wrong button or letter.
This phone contains widgets, which for those of you who don't know, are sort of like computer shortcuts to the features on the phone. The widgets are hidden on the main screen n accesed by pressing the arrow, where they pop out to display the shortcuts and can be dragged onto the screen. You can decide what you would like in your widgets, eg, pictures, event reminders, music player etc, but you are limited to what you can have.
Its quite easy to navigate around the camera and video options, the main problem for me is that the flash is way too bright and stays on for quite a while when your trying to take a picture, so i tend to not use it on girly nights out etc, because its blinging and quite slow. It has an auto focus and digital zoom so the camera is good.

The music player is good, with the big memory you can fit alot of songs on to it, and make playlists and get to them really quickly with the widget function.

I do like my phone, although i do have a few problems with it. Some times my screen freezes, or the main menu jst keeps popin up over and over again so the only way to stop it is switch it of. Iv heard these are quite regular problems from other people i know with the phone. Also the Pink ones apparently have a signal fault?!
The main 2 things i don't like about this phone (which isnt a big deal) is that you can choose your own wallpaper but your not allowed to choose your own screensavers (which you probably see more than the wallpapers) because they are pre programmed picturesque type pictures.
Also if you phone a number that needs for you to choose options with numbers then its hard to do it quickly as you have to turn the lock off, access the number touch menu, press the number you want and then lock it again, because if you don't lock it your face might press an option (it happens) and its a real pain.
