I have had this phone for nearly 18 months on a contract, although it is still a popular new phone for many. First impressions of the phone were very good, the design was very pleasing with a sleek, smooth black cover and a large screen. The slide mechanisms is very smooth and has never become stuck. The phone size means it is comfortable to hold in the palm. However the corners at the base are very square so when texting regularly or for long periods of time this can make the palm sore.

The quality of the screen is very good and there has not been an distortion of breaking of the screen. The layout of the buttons is very good with adequate spacing between each number key. However I major fault I have experienced is that the button often get stuck which can be very annoying when texting and a letter won't select.

The menus and applications on the phone are all good. The camera is a useful addition although I don't feel the quality is consistent with a 5.0 megapixel camera.

Summary: All overall good phone with some minor problems
