A good Samsung just with a few buts!! (Samsung SGH-G800)

Advantages: a wide variety fo features, once figured out an easy to use phone Disadvantages: a thick handset, flash goes off at wrong time darkening pictures, battery life is not the best I had this mobile on contract and was impressed to begin with as there is a vast amount of features. However, in pictures the handset itself looks slimmer than it actually is. I was surprised at how big and bulky it was. The screen is a fantastic size, great for when browsing the internet, taking photos or texting. One problem I have found with the camera and flash on this handset is that when I had the flash on, it would take the photo once the flash had gone off so the pictures were always dark. Whereas with other phones the flash stays on throughout the duration of taking a photo, this Samsung's flash flashes but not in time with the moment you capture the photo. Something else I found was that when browsing the internet and trying to log into different websites, there is no where you can get an underscore which meant I was unable to go on nearly every website I wanted to. So if you have usernames or email addresses with underscores then I wouldn't recommend this mobile for mobile use. Saying that, the format of the phone is easy to use without too many difficulties. It took some time to get to know how to use all the features but once I did I found the phone a good handset. The battery life did reduce after a couple of weeks but found that if I left the handset off for a day that it came back to last a few days again. Overall a good phone with just a few downfalls, in my opinion. Summary: A good phone to have, with a large screen and smooth keypad.
